    Hi,

    We purchased and installed the wp ulike pro, got our license key, and added our website to the license page. But when we add the license key, and click on the activate button, we get a json error. – “An error occurred, please try again (no_json)”.

    We tried contacting the ulike support for over 2 weeks, multiple times, without any answers, or solutions.

    We tried disabling all plugins, still get the same error. We tried on different browsers, and even tried on different domain and hosting provider. Same error.

    Is the plugin a legit plugin? is it still supported? or is it a scam? where did our 99$ USD go? Where can we get help? The plugin webpage chat is not responding, the plugin support form is not responding.

    Anyone know how to get any feedback from the plugin author?

    its not resolved yet, we didnt find a solution, we’re still waiting for an answer. Will let you know if we hear anything.
