Unable to activate plugin

I am wanting to use this plugin for a client and I am unable to activate it.
I receive the following error message.
Fatal error: Class 'Redux_Helpers' not found in wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/um-admin-redux.php on line 19Please advise.
