Unable to activate plugin

  • Hi there,
    I downloaded you plugin and activated it under Plugins -> Install Plugins. However I am still seeing the banner: “Contact Form 7 Integration is active, but WP Webhooks or WP Webhooks Pro isn’t. Please activate it to use the functionality for Contact Form 7.”

    I am running the latest version of WordPress and also Contact Form 7.

    Also there is no entry under settings for WP Webhooks.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hey @timm1 – thank you a lot for your message, as well as for using our plugin! ??

    The issue is that you only have the integration for WP Webhooks active, but not the base plugin WP Webhooks itself.

    What you need to make it work, are the following plugins:

    WP Webhooks
    This is the base plugin, which extends your website by our powerful webhook system. It is needed since it contains the core functionality (This is what you are missing at the moment)

    WP Webhooks – Contact Form 7 Integration
    This plugin extends the functionality of the WP Webhooks plugin by allowing you to send data using Contact form 7

    The Contact Form 7 plugin itself

    The message you recieve specifically appears because you don’t have the first plugin WP Webhooks installed and activated.
    Once you have done that, you will see the setting and everything works as expected.
