I am using the Divi Extra Theme and updated your Modula plugin. After the update, an error occurred, and my website went offline. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to capture a screenshot of the error.

To resolve the issue, I disabled the plugin through cPanel by renaming the theme directory to ......1, which successfully deactivated the plugin. I then reverted the directory name and attempted to activate the plugin again via the WordPress dashboard. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reactivate the plugin.

I then renamed the directory again to ......1, reinstalled the plugin, and tried activating it once more in new plugin, but the activation failed again.

Please investigate the issue and help resolve it.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We were not able to replicate this behavior on our end.

Is it possible to send us a list of the plugins you use and also let us know which version of PHP you use?

If you are not comfortable sending the info here, please reach out to us via our contact form here and we will help you ASAP.

    Warm regards,

    Beatrice.
