unable to activate plugins on woocommerce shop page

  • I have 3 plugins that I only want to load on the woocommerce shop page and product archives. I disabled them globally in the plugin admin page, then went to the shop page and activated them there. But none of them load.

    • WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter
    • WooCommerce Grid / List toggle
    • Woocommerce upcoming Products

    Is this a bug, or is there something else I need to do to make them load?
