Unable to add a new marker

    Hi there, I would be grateful for your help. I am unable to add a new marker to an existing map (the map has clustering enabled). Having added the information in ‘add a marker’, then clicking ‘Add Marker’, nothing happens.

    Here is some site info:

    Wordpress 5.3
    Avada 6.1.2

    WP Google Maps 8.0.10
    Gold add on 5.0.0
    Pro add on 8.0.12

    Thank you for getting in touch, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

    It appears that you are running the OpenLayers engine, and that when you attempt to add a marker, our plugin tries to contact your sites geocoding cache.

    We’re not seeing any issues at our end here, could you please go to Maps -> Settings -> Advanced and check “Disable Compressed Path Variables”?
