Unable to add ANY account (with button or Manual)

I’ve tried the button to automatically authenticate and used the page at: https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/token/.
When I click the button I’m giving the Access Token and User ID which says to copy and paste them into the fields below. There is only a field for the Access token. Nothing is working to enable a new account.
