Unable to add comment on your blog – Contact Form 7 question

I’ve been trying to reply to Wouter on your blog https://michaelwalsh.org/blog/2018/08/google-to-discontinue-ability-to-downgrade-google-forms/ – but it simply won’t do anything, my reply has not been added in.
Wouter suggests using the contact Form 7 plus a Google sheet plugin. My question is whether it works for checkboxes and radio buttons. I would also like to know what you think.
