  • I have exactly the same issue with lymmwinecircle.co.uk. The only events menu items visible are Tags, Settings, Help and Events add-one. Missing are Events, Add new, Events Categories, Venues, Organisers and Imports. The calendar itself though is visible on the website.

5.0.2 did not work properly either – I was previously asked to send a backup which I did but never got a response. I reverted to 5.0.0.2. I decided to upgrade to 5.0.3.1 which I now regret. I’ll leave it in its non functional state for a short while before I revert hoping for some help this time, otherwise it looks like Corona Virus lock-down will give me enough time to find an alternative plugin (which I would prefer not to do – I like this one).

I had the same problem, deactivate and uninstall and then reinstall it.
    Fixed the problem for me

I tried deactivating, uninstalling, and then reinstalling, but that didn’t work for me. I’ve been testing a lot of calendars lately. It’s hard to find one that works and has the basic calendar settings, like recurring events.

I’m hopeful there’s a fix and I’m willing to wait as times are well…you know.

nope – still broke at this end too.
Most frustrating – it’s good but it’s the only one – the ONLY one – that keeps giving me problems.

I’m so sorry that you all are having issues with our plugin.

Would you mind to run a test downloading v4.9.14, installing and then updating to latest version?
You can get old versions of our plugin here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/the-events-calendar/advanced/

Please let me know the results

    Hi Deblyn

Many thanks – did that and it appears to be working again

Once I updated to the new WP and reinstalled, everything showed up.
