Unable to add html with custom css which includes body and psedu elements.

  • I’m new to wordpress. I’m working on a responsive organization chart. The code I’m using is from the link below.

    Responsive Org chart

    I added this code into wordpress mypage text editor using

    < style>css code< /style >

    < html code>

    The problem is, CSS is partially working. It only shows the basic ul and li with some colors. But not the full org chart like the link above. How can I achieve the view like the codepen link above within my wordpress theme page?

  • Which theme are you using?
    If you are just putting a list in WordPress Post Text editor,
    you need to assign id to the div and write the CSS in Custom CSS stylesheet.
