    I submitted a ticket through your support site and I got an email that someone will get back to me in 24 hours as I purchased the premium version. This was 4 days ago and I am still not able to add pictures which was the whole purpose of my purchase!

    Hello,
    I just purchased Easy recipe pro in order to be able to add pictures but I can’t! Here is what I did:
    1. I installed the pro version and deactivated the regular version and both are still installed.
    2. I then went to add a new post with a new recipe.
    3. I click on the Photo tab and select one of the images suggested, it’s highlighted in green.
    4. I save the recipe but then when I go to View the post there is no photo. I tried inserting it with a url but it doens’t work as well.
    I tried clicking on the little image icon on the first tab but that didn’t do anything. Please advise.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums and the author cannot help you here.

    I hope you get this sorted out soon but please, take it to the author directly.

    thanks for your community help and thanks to be aware of keeping the rules in this forum.

    BUT:

    you have to understand that this plugin is (was) very popular especially along Foodbloggers.

    Since no one of us is getting any support nor any message from the developer(s), we are trying to get some sort of communication in this forum.

    We all know, that there is a direct support line on their website (which you have pointed too already), but no one is getting any feedback for several weeks now.

    I hope the main developer is well and that this faboulus plugin is not dead. However, he has to deal with it that a lot of people are getting nerveous now…

    I too am not getting any response on from the Easy Recipe team via the support form on the website – is the author OK? Has anyone heard from him? (I’ve always gotten excellent response in the past)
