    Hi

Can not add groups of images since the last update…

to add images in a gallery you have to download an image then close nex geelerie then reopen and add another image then close and reopen each time to add an image

to add images in a gallery you have to download an image then close nex geelerie then reopen and add another image then close and reopen each time to add an image

when we download several photos at the same time, it downloads the first photo and then stays locked more nothing happens

    thank you

I’m very sorry to hear about this issue you’re seeing. It shouldn’t be behaving this way. Let’s first check the server settings to make sure you have everything up to date. Reach out to your hosting provider and confirm they have the www.ads-software.com Requirements settings in place:

    MySQL v5.6 (or higher)
    PHP 7.2 (or higher)

    Memory limit: 250MB (or higher)
    Upload limit: 50MB (or higher)
    Post limit: 50MB (or higher)
    /wp-content directory has sufficient permissions (i.e. 755)

With those in place, everything should work smoothly for you. If the issue still shows up, let’s check to see if there is a plugin conflict happening. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does the issue still appear? If so, temporarily switch to a WordPress theme (this deactivation is only intended to quickly check to see if the issue goes away or is still present). If by deactivating the other plugins, the issue does go away, reactivate each of the other plugins one at a time to locate the culprit. Keep me posted on your results ??

    Hi Becky

I checked and actually the version of PHP was on 7.0 so I changed and set to PHP 7.2

Problem now that I put the version of PHP on 7.2xxx I can not download my usual images

    Error: File too large: Nasty-Boy-parti-en-italie-4.png

The images of more than 2Mo are refused, the width and length passes but the weight no, more than 2Mo he refuses now
