This looks to be exactly what im looking for, great work!

However I’m experiencing a little issue with the last item in stock and not being able to add it to the cart. Ive set the timer to 1 minute to ensure no one has it in their cart, and if I try to add it, the “Pending Order Text” shows up.

Heres a screenshot of my settings: https://imgur.com/wnVZM3f

    Cheers!

That message is displayed when there actual stock value is but there are items in peoples carts. The “Append included items to pending order text” string should be appended to show that it includes items in their cart.

Sorry, not sure i follow. If i have 1 in stock but it cant be added to the cart, what should i do?

    Sorry I misread your message.

If you cannot put the last item in a cart then there might be a conflict with another plugin.

Do you have other WooCommerce related plugins installed? Sometimes there are functions that need to get whitelisted on this plugin so the others see the actual stock quantity instead of the virtual stock quantity.

What type of items are these? Simple, variable, etc.

    No worries.

Just tried deactivating all plugins I would assume had the slightest bit to do with woo commerce, and no luck still. Now the only plugins I have activated are payment gateways, gdpr notice, theme related site builders and woocommerce of course

Its a variable product, with a shipping class and stock managed at each variation.

If I have the stock level at 1 and try to add to cart, I get the “pending order text” message. (not the Append Expiration Time to Pending Order Text with the CSR EXPIRE TIME version)

However if I put the stock level to 2 and add 1 to cart, then try to add the last one via an incognito window, I get the Append Expiration Time to Pending Order Text with the count down indication.

    Not sure if this helps

edit: would it be a solution to just always have 1 more in stock than what i have in reality? Removing the pending order text seems to just result in it saying “out of stock” anyways. Maybe a bit sketchy if the problem suddenly resolves itself?

There’s definitely something buggy going on that’s specific to your setup.

    What theme do you use?

If I can reproduce the issue I can solve it, but in my simple tests everything is working as expected.

Im using Avada Child Version: 1.0.0 By ThemeFusion

Id be super grateful if you could keep looking at it.

Thanks for all your time already, lmk if I can do anything!

If you email me <[email protected]> a copy of your theme (the main one, not the child) I can give it a quick test. Also let me know the plugins and their versions you have installed.

In case anyone runs into this in the future. On first install you need to clear your existing carts or the totals will be off.

Hi! I’m experiencing the same issue in products with stock=1.
Were you able to solve it?
I love the plugin and it was working perfectly until this; I don’t know what to do.
Hope you can give me a clue, thanks!

@soytandem Did you try clearing the carts/sessions?

    (@soytandem)

    Sorry, I will!
Should I do that periodically, or once is enough?

    Plugin Author James Golovich

    (@jamesgol)

@soytandem Just once is enough, once the plugin is running it can add timestamps to the items so they will be expired from the users carts automatically.
