Unable to Add Map

  • I am running 1.3.2 of this plugin on WordPress 4.9.7. When I click Add Map, a screen comes up with Add Map and a search box. Searching does nothing, so I am unable to add a map.

    I have tried on a few other sites we admin and have the same result.

    Is there something I am missing? It’s listed as compatible up to 4.9.7.

    Hello, thank you for bringing the problem to our attention. Sounds like the add map javascript is not loading correctly. I’m updating the plugin with a potential fix, let me know if that helps.

    Can you also try clearing your cache? (Ctrl-F5 in Chrome)

    No luck. Tried on Chrome Mac, Safari Mac, and Chrome Windows. Have cleared cache and tried a new virtual instant with a completely clean cache.

    If you have a staging site, you could try to change theme and/or disable plugins one at a time to see if one is creating a conflict, or if you can get me a list of the current theme or plugins that are shared across your sites that are having issues I can try recreating the environment where it is failing.
