Unable to add markers or layers on multisite

    We are running a self-hosted multisite installation of 3.8.1, and when we try to add a new layer or marker to your plugin neither shows up.

    When we try to add a new layer we are told it is successfully published but no new layer shows up on the list of layers. The title and other information of the layer reverts to whatever information was last inputed for “update layer”, and the shortcode is always [mapsmarker layer=”0″].

    When we try to add a new marker we get the error message “Error: a marker with the ID 0 does not exist!”

    It works fine on our other 3.8.1 installation hosted on wpengine, so it is probably a problem on our end, but any information you could provide on the issue would be great.

  • please check if the tables wp_leafletmapsmarker_layers and wp_leafletmapsmarker_markers exist in your database. Also check the php and mysql error log if possible. The error indicates that the marker could not be saved to database…
    turning on wp-debug might also give additional infos…
