• In order to show the name of the customer in our ticketing software, we need to add a name to the reply-to field.

    It’s usually added as: Name <email-id>.

    However, FluentForms is removing the special characters, making it unusable.

    For example, if I enter “John Smith <[email protected]>” in the reply-to field, it removes the ‘space’, ‘<‘ and ‘>’.

    So reply it becomes “JohnSmith<[email protected]>”
