Unable to add new gallery

    I just installed the plugin and was able to create a new gallery and added 1 image. When I go to create another gallery the page loads but is empty and seems to be loading.
    This was a fresh install of V 3.3.0.

    Under “manage albums” I can add a gallery name. But if I click on “add gallery/images” it just craps out.

    My only way of getting out of this is to close out WordPress and go back in.

    Any assistance would be appreciated!

    Hi @kaidebeaute,

    The first thing I would try to check for a plugin or theme conflict by temporarily deactivate all the other plugins excepting NextGen, switch to a theme from the Twenty series and try again to see if you will be allowed to access “Add Gallery/Images” page.

    Important to note that we are purposefully disabling the “add gallery/images” page on mobiles and tablets so it is available for laptops and desktops only.
