Unable to add new plugin, with new WordPress installation.

    I am trying to install WordPress 4.4.2 on my site ‘https://www.triptifoundation.ngo/’
    When I’m trying to visit plugins>>Add new from my admin panel, I’m getting the error.
    ‘An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.’
    Please help me solve the issue.

    Yes, I’m still facing the same issue. I tried installing WordPress more than once, but still facing the same problem.
    One more thing which I noticed recently that in dashboard WordPress news also showing error.
    RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Failed to connect to www.ads-software.com port 80: Connection timed out

    RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Failed to connect to planet.www.ads-software.com port 443: Connection timed out

    Please help….

    Your site is on 4.4.2 already ??

    this is for adding a plugin.

    About the rss, i tried to find more information,

    1.you can check your php version
    2.open a port in your server
    3.re install WordPress
