Unable to add or edit snippets

    Getting error message when trying to save new or update snippets. Seems to work for a while, but then fails. Version 3.4.0.

    I turned on debug and this is from log:

    ERROR MESSAGE:

    [25-Jun-2023 20:24:19 UTC]?PHP Notice?Undefined index: query in /home/customer/www/stagingXX.xxxxx.org/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/snippet-ops.php on line 623

    Looking at the code, here’s the line that is failing.

    623 wp_parse_str( $url[‘query’], $path_params );
