I have completely the setup for the PayPal plugin linking the account and everything like that. But for some reason whenever I go to create the form, I see all the tabs except the PayPal tab. I don’t understand how I’m supposed to add the button to the form?

Am I doing something wrong or am I not supposed to use the tabs to add it the form like all the other form aspects such as radio buttons, text boxes or submit button?

    Hi @michaelgtk,

Are you using the free or pro version?

The plugin makes a new tab on the form. There is no button that is placed on the form.

If you are using another Contact Form 7 add-on that is not coded correctly, that may cause the PayPal tab to not appear. Try disabling other Contact Form 7 add-ons.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Thank you Scott,

It’s the free version. But what I mean is the tabs on the form creator. There’s a row of tabs that you can choose from to add different aspects to the form, such as Radio buttons, text box, etc. After going through the settings for the CF7 PP add-on, I was expecting there to be a tab so I could add the PP button to the form or short code or something. However there was nothing present to do so?

If I had a way I would send a screenshot of where I’m talking about.

    Hi @michaelgtk,

There is not a new button added to the form. On the PayPal tab you simply enable or disable the PayPal redirection and enter your price and item description.

    Thanks,
    Scott
