Unable to add photos to latest WordPress

  • I’ve repeatedly tried to add photos to my affiliate products by clicking the “featured image” button but I’ve yet to successfully insert an image. I click “use as featured image” when in my media gallery and the screen just snaps back up to the top. It’s like the request isn’t even processed. I think this is an error in compatibility between Shop Page WP and the latest version of WordPress but I’m not 100% sure. Is there some way to fix this problem?

    Hi Justin. Thanks for replying. I am able to add featured images to all blog posts and pages. It’s just the plug-in that I’m unable to add featured images to.
