Unable to add Poster Image

1. Does the story *actually* save despite the Failed to Save error, or does it not save your updates?
2. Can you please check for any browser console errors where you see this Failed to Save error and share those details?
3. Can you please share your Site Health information privately via this form?

Hi there,

I only had issues with one story. For all the rest of them, I’ve been able to add the poster image without issue. Do you think I have to redo the whole thing?
The whole story has been saved…it just won’t let me upload the poster image.

I’m unsure how to share site health info and how to look for errors.

@truemanstreasures Thanks for following up! It’s indeed very strange that this issue is only occurring on one story. Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on that story when you try to add a poster? The forums do not support screenshot uploads, so you can share one via a link generated by Imgur or JumpShare.
