What happens when you try to select a page, specifically? Is the list empty? Does nothing happen when you click an item? Can you manually enter the page ID through the “Custom” tab?

If nothing happens when you click it, there’s probably a JavaScript error somewhere. Open your browser’s JavaScript console on the menu editor page and see if any errors show up before/after you try to select a page.

i can enter page id manually, but my requirement is to load that page in the admin dashboard flow itself and i can’t see any listing below after choosing the embed wp page, please help me out.

Is there any more information about that error, like a file name or line number? Those details could help identify the script that triggered the error.

What do you mean by “can’t see any listing below”? What did you expect to see and where? Normally the selected page would show up when you click the menu item in the admin menu.

Thank you, the screenshots were very helpful.

The file “admin_enqueue_js.js” is not a part of this plugin. This makes me suspect that the problem might be in another plugin (e.g. a plugin conflict). Sometimes a JavaScript error in one plugin can break scripts in another plugin.

Do you have any idea about which plugin might be loading that file? As a test, try temporarily deactivating any “suspicious” plugins and see if that fixes the problem.

    hi sir,
now i have uninstalled all other plugins and now also not working.
    and in console no errors.
any other technical details needed to solve it?

    Plugin Author Janis Elsts

    (@whiteshadow)

That’s odd. If there are no errors, it should work.

How about the theme? Try temporarily switching to the default theme.

i have tried switching the theme but unable to choose that option.
recommend me which theme should i use(like twenty fourteen).

for me also embed wp page is not working give some solutions to solve it.

    (@whiteshadow)

Twenty Fourteen should be fine. I’ve personally tested the plugin with most of the default themes.

Would either of you be willing to give me access to the admin page so that I can check what’s going on? You can contact me via email:

    sorry i’m working in local

    (@whiteshadow)

Sorry, I can’t think of anything else you could do in this case.

If I had access to the site I would start monitoring the scripts with a debugger, checking if the required files are loaded correctly, and so on. However, that kind of thing takes prior programming experience and can’t really be explained in a forum post.

If you would like your money back, contact me (see above) with your purchase details and I’ll refund the full amount.
