Unable to add to post, few categories when others are working

    I need help with a problem I face with few(5) categories on my site. I have total 25 categories
    When I create new post and add a category out of these 5, but the category is not added to the post.
    I m the only admin(su) to my website
    The problem is about 5 specific categories.
    When I try to edit or delete/change those 5 categories, I recieve the error message as: -1
    For any other category, edit or delete is possible.
    I changed theme, disabeled plugins (this is not the issue coz with all plugins/themes works with other 20 categories works
    When i see category list count, where it shows how many posts added in that category, these posts(count) is showing, but on All post pages that category name is not visible under category.
    I hve Latest WP.

    This is the one I find most interesting:

    What does the URL that you call up in this case look like? Something like this?

    /wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=category&tag_ID=1&post_type=post

    path is this

    wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category

    and error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”

    This is the path to the list of all categories. I meant the path that you call up where you get “-1” as a response?
