Unable to add website

  • Hi
    Congratulations on the plugin. I look forward to using it.
    I’m afraid though, the platform will not allow me to ‘add website’, I get the following error:

    The following errors were found :
    Received empty response from the Website. Please try again later.

    I have tried on two websites using the connection key option and the administrator login but receive the same result.

    Just wait about 10 minutes or so and you should be able to add it

    I have exactly the same problem.
    I just opened a support ticket.

    @softacpriya I wrote you by email the other day. For some reason, I am able to add all my sites except one. I now have four sites on the panel, but for some reason, no matter what I do, I am unable to add this other one.

    @softacpriya Please look for an email from [email protected] or [email protected]. I had send a support ticket request a few days ago.

    @softacpriya another update: If you do find my support email, I did just now decide to change to a different operating system and install the Webuzo app originally used to set up at least one of my other WP installs. I’m hoping this will make a difference. I’m not sure if I just didn’t have the right OS on that particular server, which is at a different host and location than the others. It was just weird, though. I successfully added four active sites — some from shared hosting and others from VPS — but this one was stubborn. LOL

    I’m now trying again after making some OS changes. Thankfully, it’s a new setup, so not much harm done yet. LOL

    Hello @softacpriya, I’m not sure what the issue is but it is fixed now. It has to do with how I decide to install WordPress maybe? If you can look into this issue and find out how this could happen and write about it on your blog, that will help. I’m just curious. I’m not sure why just that one site I was unable to add. It’s on there now though.

    Or maybe WP Central works on Centos but not Unbunto?

    We will have to look into the issue with some debugging to find out the exact cause.

    Is it possible for you to replicate the same scenario for us again so that we may debug the issue further?
