Unable to align labels

Hello, I just added this plug-in to my website and I love it! A customer contacted through it after I put in my website in less than 10 min!

The only problem that I have is that the labels are centered in the website, I’d like them to be on the left, I already tried everything and it doesn’t work. I read on other forums that the code in my theme might be affecting it. If that’s the case I was wondering I could get a custom CSS please, so it looks better.
