Unable to alter form output

I was trying to add some custom javascript to resolve the issue with the iFrame not resizing down when the form height decreases but literally none of the filters or action to add content to the form actually work. The code is never added.

I’ve tried:
give_default_wrapper_end
give_donate_form
givewp_form_shortcode_output
give_after_single_form
give_after_main_content

I have been clearing the WP Engine cache, clearing my browser cache, and clearing the Give WP cache.

None of it matters, I am unable to effect the output in any way.

Please advise the correct way to add additional JavaScript to the form when loading it via the shortcode.

Or even better, release an update where the iFrame actually resizes down as well as up.
