Unable to Answer Emails using “Reply” when sent from WP Contact

Hello Guys,

I am using Contact7 for my contact form. When I recieve a mail sent through the contact form everything comes through fine. However, when I click “Reply” from within the recieved mail, the answered mail is not delivered.

I added Easy WP SMTP as I read that using this may help… it hasn’t.

If i send a mail direct to the site email address and “Reply” it works so it cannot be the SMTP settings in the computer or mobile phone.

Anyone have an idea what else I can try?
