Unable to authenticate via SVN?

  • Hi WP team,

    We are the new owners of a platform called ConvertBox ([ redundant link removed ]) and we are struggling to confirm the ownership of the WP plugin for the platform: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/convertbox-auto-embed/

    We have access to the www.ads-software.com user ‘convertbar’, however authenticating through SVN doesn’t seem to allow us write access to this.

    Can you confirm that this is the correct owner and help us establish write access so we can update the plugin for our customers?
