Oh, here’s a tutorial that explains how to authenticate your sender domain: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#authenticating

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

Instead of trying to verify the authentication process through WP Admin, can you try it via your MailPoet account under My Sender Domains menu?

If the issue persists, please let us know what’s the sender domain so we can take a further look.

    Thanks!

i tried authorized email sender address email from the backend still i am seeing error respond code 401

when i took a look it say in backend my domain will automatically authorized even still, when i tired myself manytimes in plugin i get the same error.

Sometimes it goes away i was able to send only 1 test email it worked then after few days. This authorization thingy comes back.

    Hello again @ermel1881 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It sounds like you’ve encountered an intermittent authorization problem. The 401 error typically indicates an issue with authentication, which can sometimes occur even if your domain is supposed to be automatically authorized.

    Can you try the following:

    1. Clear Caches: If you have any caching plugins or server-side caching enabled, try clearing them. Cached data can sometimes interfere with authentication processes.
    2. Review Server Logs: Check your server logs for any additional error messages that might provide more insight into why the authorization is failing intermittently.
    3. Contact Your Hosting Provider: In some cases, server settings or firewall configurations could be affecting email authorization. Your hosting provider may be able to assist with this.

If you’ve tried these steps and the issue persists, please let me know your website name so I can investigate this further.

    Hello there @ermel1881 ,

I’m looking through your DNS records and I can see you’re almost setup.

You only have an issue with your TXT record (see screenshot):

    Link to screenshot: https://d.pr/i/E6Fsz4

Can you kindly edit your TXT value as instructed in the screenshot above?

Once you’ve done this, head over to your MailPoet account here: https://account.mailpoet.com/login > Sender Domains > and click the green button to authenticate your sender domain.

Let us know if you need further help.

    Hi there,

Checking your account, I see that your domain is added as a Sender Domain, however it’s still showing as Invalid currently. Three of the DNS records are valid, but the TXT record contains a different value. Please update that record, and then try verifying from your account dashboard again: https://account.mailpoet.com/sender_domains

As for the 401/Unauthorized error message you are seeing in your site’s wp-admin dashboard, it’s difficult to say what is causing that. I’d recommend checking with your hosting to see if there is anything on the site/server that might be blocking calls between your site and our services. You could try running this command from the server to make sure it is able to contact our services:
    curl https://bridge.mailpoet.com
