Unable to bloc iframe

    Hello,

    thanks for your message.

    Could you please:

    1. Go to “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and disable “Elementor” from there, then check if it works
    2. Follow this guide if you’re using a cache plugin
    3. Lastly tried to put as url this one “storage.googleapis.com/cli-app-trs-assets-001/“

    If it won’t work please open a ticket from our official support center, this way we’ll be able to check it from the inside

    Thank you for your answer !

    Replace the URL by “storage.googleapis.com/cli-app-trs-assets-001/“ works and the iframe is blocked BUT when I click on accept, the iframe don’t appear … even if I refresh the page.

    Any idea ?

    I can’t create a ticket on support because I use Complianz only in free version.

    Have you tried to follow the first point of my last message? Anyway you can create the ticket, just put a random number in the license box
