Unable to Block Users

  • WordPress 4.9.5
    Instagram Slider Version 1.4.3
    Theme: Warrington (custom)

    I am using the hashtag option, but having trouble blocking two users. I tried “@username” and “username”. I have tried just one user, as well as both. I have cleared my site cache, but still no change. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?

    Instagram Slider Version : 1.4.3
    Theme Name : GeneratePress with Elementor
    My Problem : Exactly the same as @lorigregor
