Unable to change background color for #page-sub-header

    I am unable to change color for the id page-sub-header.

    I have added CSS style(on line 1012) for #page-sub-header in the stylesheet. (See screenshot)

    But this CSS style is being overriden by the CSS style defined on the server home page.(I have not defined this, please see screenshot) Where do I find this line and change this CSS attribute defined at line 47?
