Unable to change cart icon in menu

    Hello!
    I am at my wit’s end here and tried pretty much everything, so you guys are my last hope to resolving this.

    Here’s the problem: I got WordPress, WooCommerce and I got a website theme via Astra, that I changed around a bit with Elementor.
    The only thing that can’t be changed is the shopping cart icon in the menu bar. By the thrme (Organic shop) the icon came as a bag, we need a literal shopping cart.

    I tried 3 different methods CSS methods I found in forums, didn’t work. (Not even with the “!important”-command was useful).
    Other plugins (3 types) that promised to resolve this issue did nothing.

    Please offer some help when you know a solution.

    Without any links to your site to test this out or any context to what you are trying to change this can be a little difficult to help out with. Would you mind sharing a copy of your site’s System Status report?

    You can find it by going to WooCommerce ? Status Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in reply.

    In general, this is not something we can help with. You could hire a developer to fix this problem for you. We highly recommend using developers on our Customizations Page.

    I hope this helps… I don’t really want to hire a web developer over this. Everyone on youtube tutorials told how easy it would be to create a beautiful website and that you could change everything.
    Changing something as trivial as the shopping cart button (which is not a shopping cart for some absurd reason,) seems more complicated that I had imaged and to be honest, I’m downright shocked. It was said that there would be a huge community to help out each other.

    Hi there,

    Thank you very much for providing that System Status Report and the URL for the site.

    It appears that mini-cart icon in the header is actually being created/generated via CSS code — it’s not just an image that is being loaded that can be easily changed to a different image.

    That Cart icon is controlled/determined by the active theme on your site. For example, on my test site with our default Storefront theme, for the cart it loads an Icon from the FontAwesome icon set which can be easily swapped out for a different icon using CSS:
