Unable to change colour of header of pages

You can change some of your theme and font colours here :

or you could target that table like this :
table .sp-league-table {
color: white;
}

Would I put that CSS in the additional CSS on the page I need it on?

Appearance –> Customizer –> Additional CSS

Or, if you *only* want it applied to that specific table :
table#DataTables_Table_0 { color: white; }

Or you can add to the SportsPress Custom CSS field :

How about all of the other pages header titles because I can’t seem to change those colours from grey.

You will need to be more specific in the elements on the page you want to change.

Sorry, do you know where at the top of each page, for example Group A Fixtures, the grey text that is underlined with a red line. I want to know how to change that colour on all my pages. Similar to that on the news page where the title of the posts are grey too.

Group A :
For all headings :
h1 {
color: #ff0000;
}
For all headings that are the page title :
h1.entry-title {
color: #ff0000;
}

For the line underneath :
.entry-title {
border-bottom: 4px solid #ff00dd;
}

For the News page :
.entry-title a {
color: #00e5fc;
}
