• it is not about a website, but my www.ads-software.com account. After changing email, it says ”Please check your email for a confirmation email.” but there is no email, not in inbox, not in junk, and not in new or old email address, no matter how many tries or how long i wait.

    There is practically no delay on sending the email, it should show up immediately to the new email account. So if you’re not getting it, then you either spelled it wrong or you’re having problems receiving emails from our system. Either way, you cannot confirm that you have the email address because you don’t get email from our system. So use another email address.

    Basically, we have no problem sending emails, you are having problems receiving them. We have noticed a problem like this on Yahoo email before, and sometimes Gmail and Hotmail mark our emails as spam, however, we can’t fix that.

    Fortunately, as contradicting as it is, I am able to receive confirmation when applying for account data erasure request (https://www.ads-software.com/about/privacy/data-erasure-request/).
