On https://onemoredime.com/becoming-a-millionaire, the string “Red box” appears twice. I would like to change the color of these two words twice to Red.

If I do Ctrl-U and search for ‘color’ in the HTML code, it appears only once – and that is background color. Background color is White and that is correct. How do I change the Font color? That too for just those two words?

    Any help is truly appreciated.

    Hi Bobby15!

What you can do is use the native WordPress editor to change that. The visual editor gives you a better idea of what the post will look like once edited.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi there,
With issue of changing the font color, you can try using the font plugin to change font. https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/font

Hi Jose and Chrisan, thank you so much for responding.

Jose – How can I access the native WordPress editor? Is that the ‘text’ tab next to the ‘visual’ tab when I go to ‘Edit Page’. I do not see a font color option there, on the top, the options are similar to the visual tab, they start with bold, italicize… and end with code, more, and close tags.

Chrisan – if I am not able to do this, I will install the plugin you suggest. At first, I would prefer to see if this can be done without a plugin – as you can see I am a newbie so trying to limit the number of additional stuff I install.

Once again, thank you both of you

That is correct. If you click on the “visual” tab, you will get a toolbar that you can expand:

    Expandtoolbar

As you can see from the image, there is a secondary toolbar that has a few more options for formatting. From there you can then highlight the text you would like to change the color to.

You are most welcome, was happy to help!

Yes, I used the licecap program to create it that too. Really handy when trying to describe/show things as well. ??
