Unable to change permissions for files

I have this notification when trying to change permissions

Unable to change permissions for D:\\vhosts\\—.mk\\—-.mk/wp-config.php!

I am on Windows shared hosting and i tried to change the permissions manually from the Plesk Control panel, but the plugin still shows the same permissions for the files.
