Unable to change settings

Hello there,
Every time I try I press “Save plugin settings” in the Settings area of the plugin, regardless as to whether I actually make a change or not, I constantly receive a connection error in all browsers and all possible networks that are available to me.
My hosting provider has confirmed that they monitored the packets when I recreated the error and none of them were considered to be under any blocked rulesets. If it’s any consolation my server is using PHP 5.4 and my provider is Krystal.
