Unable to Change Site Logo

  • Hi Team,

    Every time I change the Tutor Starter logo with my business logo, it always shows back the tutor starter logo. I even have removed the tutor starter logo from my WordPress media. However, my logo won’t show and is always replaced by the TS logo. It is really frustrating as I want to brand my business with my own logo.

    No, I change it from WordPress>Appearance>Customize>Header WordPress. I don’t have TutorLMS Pro so that setting is impossible for me. Could you help me fix this issue?

    Thank you for replying! I see. That should work then. Can you please check for a plugin and theme conflict? There is a high possibility that there is a conflict among other plugins that is creating this conflict. These steps will help rule out a possible plugin conflict.

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that
    solves the issue
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to
    rule out the conflicting plugin
    3. If that doesn’t work, please check it by activating the parent theme
    4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default
    theme like Twenty Twenty and check

    Please also make sure that your platform and theme are up to date.

    I have done all of that, nothing seems to work. I used the TutorMate companion demo to transfer the Tutor Starter site to my website. Does that create a problem?
