The word cheers doesn’t appear on any email template.

If you’re referring to the double opt-in email then you can edit it as shown here:- https://noptin.com/guide/email-subscribers/double-opt-in/#how-to-customize-the-email-or-set-up-multiple-double-opt-in-emails

All other emails can be edited via Noptin > Email Campaigns.
