    Hello.
I installed this plugin almost one week ago and am almost at the completion stage to start my membership site.
I had checked the WordPress Dashboard and WordPress Toolbar in Restrict Dashboard Access today and tried to turn them off, but I cannot change the settings.
I thought that was strange and tried to change other settings. For example, I tried to remove the sentences entered in From Name in Email settings and Message for RSS Feed, but I can’t do that either. It seems that I am no longer able to change the Membership settings.
I deactivated the plugin once and re-activate it, but the situation is not better.

How can I change the settings again? Would someone advise me?

    I am using v2.11.2 free version .

    Hi @fieldriver

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro, I’m really sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

I have tested this with V2.11.2 and I am unable to replicate this issue. It sounds like there is something happening to your database if it’s not saving correctly.

Is this happening for Membership Level settings as well or only other settings like the Advanced Settings? This might help narrow things down.

I do recommend in turning on WP_DEBUG on your site and replicate the issue to see if there are any fatal errors during this process. You may follow this guide to debug WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/how-to-enable-debugging-on-you-your-wordpress-site/

Please let me know if there are any fatal errors when trying to save data.

    Hello @andrewza

Thank you for your prompt response. I did WP_DEBUG and found no error.

And I tried to add new membership level, but couldn’t. Also, when I tried to edit some data of one of members, for example, “Invalid user ID” was shown up on the screen.

    Please advise me.

    Thanks in advance.

I ran a test using Paid Memberships Pro 2.11.2, Memberlite 4.5.4.1, WordPress 6.2.2, and PHP 7.4.30, and I was able to change those settings, so I wasn’t able to replicate this.

As we can’t replicate this, there may be a conflict with another plugin or theme. You can test by disabling all other plugins and using a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three. Does the issue happen?

    Thanks for your advice.

Actually, I did disable all plugins one by one and checked. But, nothing changed. So I decide to rebuild WordPress site. I hope this would resolve the issue. And, right now, I’m not sure if I use PM Pro after rebuilding it. So if I use PM Pro, I will let you know the result.
