Unable to change theme options

  • Unable to change theme options for Sento 1.1.5. This is a freshly reinstalled site, new update of wordpress and Sento.

    I am also getting 404’s for the resources (images, css) that should be loading for the customizer in the javascript console (I’m on Chrome 49.0.2623.28 beta-m (64-bit)). I’ve also tried it on an old version of IE (8-something) to see if any extensions were causing it, and it didn’t look to be the case.

    Sorry if I went to the wrong forum, haven’t been here before.

    *Edit* just a note: I am able to edit theme options for other themes, like Sequel and 2014.

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues. Would you mind adding a link to your website please so I can see it from the frontend and check if there are any issues which could be related to the problem you have.

    Also, what was the previous version of Sento that you were using? Was it v1.1.4 or a pre-v1.1.x version?

    Hello.

    It was on version 1.1.5, now on 1.1.6, and the problem persists.

    I don’t have the theme up right now because it doesn’t work. We can arrange a time to change it so you can observe the default theme.

    Sure, we can certainly arrange a time to take a look at the issue and get ti resoled. The issue is unlikely to be caused by Sento, if it were there would most likely be many support tickets about this issue.
