    Our customers having problem of checking out with their Debit/credit cards. They receive message after clicking proceed to checkout. The error message as: “We’re sorry, but we weren’t able to add this card. Try again later or add a different card.”

    I have tried with my personal credit cards and also have asked a few others to try….and everyone got the same error.

    My last order received was a month ago and I am assuming it has been around a month to have this problem.

    Please advice how to fix the problem.

    Hi there!

    In order to further investigate what’s causing this issue, can you please get back to us with:

    1. System Status Report:

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. Logs:

    There’s built-in logging system enabled in the extension that could help us determine the cause of this behavior. If you haven’t enabled this already, you can enable this in (WooCommerce > Settings > Payment > Paypal Checkout) :

    Once enabled, this logs the transactions and errors in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Search for? ppec logs in the drop-down at the top-right section and click on view button. Please copy the logs you’re seeing and paste them as a response to this email.

    This will help us track where the problem lies. Note that we will only be able to view logs for actions performed after logging has been enabled. So we wouldn’t be able to track behavior via log if that occurred before enabling logs for the same.

    Please edit your messages and delete the logs immediately. They contain sensitive information.

    Unfortunately, the logs don’t contain any details regarding the errors. The error message is specific enough to tell us what’s going wrong. This is what I recommend:

    1. Perform a conflict test. You can learn how to do that here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
    2. If the above troubleshooting doesn’t locate the problem, contact PayPal and ask about the error and ask the account has any restrictions.

    I need help i have the same problem, And her not replying doesnt mean the issue is fixed :/

    and the funny thing, is that she couldnt get helped hence added GPay instead!
