Unable to choose State for Iran

    Hi there,

    First off thanks for this awesome plugin,

    I just noticed that in the recent update I’m not able to restrict COD to any state. Actually when I try type a city in “enable on specific states” it says no matches found.

    I’d really appreciate it if you could look into it.
