It was working before I started using “Autoptimize” and “EWWW Image Optimizer” but even if I deactivate them I am still not able to click anything on that specific page (is the log-in page), all other pages in the site are working fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @espada01,

I can see the page ( https://laciudadmedica.com/mi-cuenta/ ) still has the occurrences of Autoptimize’s minified javascript which is causing jQuery errors.

You’ve said you already deactivated Autoptimize. Are you using any other caching plugin? If so, clear the cache and retry.

I also see ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined errors when looking at the un-autoptimized page (by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 at the end of the URL) and jquery.js is indeed missing from the HTML source in that case as well, so there’s more then just Autoptimize (which does not change unoptimized output and which by default excluded jquery.js from optimization). And EWWW does not remove jQuery, so the question is what else got changed?

    Hi @dipakcg,
    Thanks for your help.
I deactivated Autoptimize and cleared the cache and now I’m able to click on the page but its loading without any CSS.
Maybe the issue is with the plugin “theCartPress”?
I created a that page with only this code [tcp_my_account]

I enabled the “Async JS and CSS” plugin and some how worked.

    Hi @espada01,

I am glad that it’s fixed.
