    A note if anyone else has this issue.

    There seems to be a delay between activating the setting and the setting taking effect. Not sure how long it is but this is now working correctly without any intervention. Just be a little bit more patient than me!

    If it was a delay, it wasn’t in the plugin.
    Most likely a browser or website cache.
