Unable to comment in Techozoic Fluid theme

  • Hi,
    I’m upgrading my website to the Techozoic Fluid theme.
    Currently using 3K2 as my theme and comments work fine.
    In the new theme I am missing the actual box where you make a comment.
    Am I missing some setting in one of the control panels?
    Currently anyone can comment.
