Jetpack Dashboard was unable to properly communicate with your website. Please check your website’s error logs to see what’s wrong.

    – I called the hosting provider, they said my site is ok and running well.
    – I deactivate the jetpack plug in and activate it, the same problem.
    – I ran the jetpack debug tool, it says there is a small program problem and that I should drop a note to you.
    – Lastly, I am unable to make any changes to the settings.

Appreciate it if you can assist me. Thanks!

Hello! I’m reaching out again…the issues about images not being fetched in social media are still unresolved.

    Can anyone help me?

    Hi @vinnenroute2019,

Thanks for your patience due to the delay in my reply.

I checked the page you linked, and it looks like the image has been removed from the page as it shows a 404 Not Found error to me too.

If the page doesn’t display any image, FB and therefore Publicize can’t show the image associated with your published post.

You will need to recover the image, re-add it to the post, and then try publishing it again. If you’re on a Free Jetpack plan, however, Publicize will work only on new posts.

I am afraid that we might have lost the opportunity to have this specific post published on Facebook with the image attached. If that’s so, we’re happy to check on your next post shared with Publicize to make sure that the feature is working correctly.

Hope that helps and makes sense! Let me know how you’d like to proceed, and if you have any questions about that.

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to me. I’m sorry this doesn’t make sense to me, since I am not only referring to one particular article. In fact, all featured images no longer fetch to any social media post. Not only on FB, Twitter but also in LinkedIn and Flipboard magazine.

I’ve been back and forth with my hosting provider and apparently they could not find any error. I reattach the image on my last post, but somehow the image does not come up when I link to any social media account.

JP dashboard is showing this error again:
Jetpack Dashboard was unable to properly communicate with your website. Please check your website’s error logs to see what’s wrong.

I’m still wondering what is the issue of the thumbnails? Should add a thumbnail plugin? Please let me know what other troubleshooting I can possibly do.

Appreciate your patience and I hope we can sort this out.

    Thanks!
