Hey @parrottowebsolution – if you’ve got this error, the chances are that there’s a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Make sure to make a good backup beforehand and ideally use a staging site (instructions available in the URL).

I did the test to disable all plugins and / or change thema but unfortunately the problem remains.

Do you think the problem is solved by downgrading worpdress or woocommerce?

Hey @parrottowebsolution – just to confirm, this isn’t an “and/or” matter. Did you only have WooCommerce and Storefront left? Did you follow the steps in the tutorial I gave? As indicated, I cannot reproduce this on my local site. For that reason I also think that downgrading won’t work. Could you share a screenshot here about what you see on that page?

Also, it might be related to this problem, what I can see is that your site address and your WordPress address are at different locations. I’ve seen a few instances before where storing your files in a different location can mess up the functioning of your site. In that case, I’d advise you to chat to your hosting company about that as changing that is not the easiest thing to do.
